Systat Software, a U.S. business entity headquartered at 2107 N 1st St, Ste 360, San Jose, CA 95131, Delaware, has entered into an exclusive software license agreement with Inpixon, Inc.(a NASDAQ-listed company—INPX)—headquartered in Palo Alto, California. Inpixon maintains offices in the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, and India. Under this exclusive software license agreement, which took effect on June 1, 2020, Inpixon has been granted a worldwide exclusive license for the distribution, sale, marketing, licensing, and development of the Systat & SigmaPlot software suite (including SigmaPlot®, SigmaStat®, Systat®,PeakFit®, TableCurve2D®, and TableCurve3D®). Inpixon assumes full global responsibility for the fulfillment, service, invoicing, and collection of all orders related to these products after the effective date.
