elementor-size-default\">La caracterizaci\u00f3n precisa de los cambios en el estado de la superficie del material quemado en un entorno de microgravedad se realiz\u00f3 mediante im\u00e1genes ultras\u00f3nicas y TableCurve 3D. Se realiz\u00f3 una comparaci\u00f3n de las muestras de material antes y despu\u00e9s de los experimentos de combusti\u00f3n en microgravedad. Era importante caracterizar el cambio del perfil de la superficie tras la quemadura. Estos experimentos se realizaron para comprender mejor c\u00f3mo se propagan las llamas en un entorno de microgravedad como el que habr\u00eda en la Estaci\u00f3n Espacial Internacional. Este tipo de informaci\u00f3n es fundamental para la seguridad de los astronautas en la Estaci\u00f3n Espacial.\n\n<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0876879 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0876879\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Se utiliz\u00f3 la t\u00e9cnica de im\u00e1genes ultras\u00f3nicas para adquirir informaci\u00f3n precisa sobre el perfil de la superficie antes y despu\u00e9s de la quemadura. Para ello, se adquirieron datos precisos sobre el tiempo de vuelo de las ondas ultras\u00f3nicas en toda la superficie. Las mediciones del tiempo de vuelo (posici\u00f3n x,y y tiempo de vuelo (mseg)) se convirtieron en depresi\u00f3n superficial (micras). El experimento se realiz\u00f3 en el vuelo STS-54 del transbordador espacial.
