Purchase Terms & Conditions
- Electronic download only – no physical media
- Limited to students in the USA and Canada only
- License is time-limited: either a one-time 1 year license or one-time 2 year license
- License must be purchased with the student’s credit card and the name on the credit card must match the name on the student ID
- Student must present proof of student status, such as a valid student ID, a copy of which will need to be made into a JPEG image for the online form or sent via fax or email for authentication purposes
- Purchase is restricted to only one copy and installation is valid on only one (1) student-owned computer and not a computer owned by the school, college or university
- Post-Doctoral Students are not eligible for student licenses
- University or College purchase orders will not be accepted for student license purchases
- Purchases by one student for another student is not allowed
- Technical Support is limited to installation and license management issues ONLY
- Student can only apply for a student license once (cannot re-apply during or after license expiration)

The license file is generated based on the Registration ID of the computer that it would be installed on. Licenses are not transferable to another computer for this reason. Requests for license changes might be reviewed but with no guarantee of changes or license modification.

Qualifying for Student Licenses
Grafiti LLC will require a scanned image of a current valid Student ID which will be used only for authentication before it will release a license to a student.
How To Purchase A Student License
Step1: Gather Your Information
To fill out the application form, you will need:
- A JPEG image of your photo student ID card < 4MB file size
- A credit card with the same student name as applying for the license
Step 2: Fill Out The Registration Form
- On this page, scroll down and click the button at the bottom of the page that says “Sign Up Now”
- Fill in all form fields with your gathered information Add your Student ID image file into the form
- Click “Submit”
Step 3: An Email Will Arrive
- The email will state that your application has been approved or it may ask for missing information
- If the application was accepted, an email will ask for your credit card information which must match the applicant
- Return the email with your credit card info or call us to buy at: 1-800-797-7401 and select option “1”
- Once payment is processed, you will receive a license file with detailed instructions how to get up and running
